Site Engineer (Civil) 3 years experience required

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Engineer (Civil) with at least 3 years of experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of civil construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities, including managing the workforce and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction work adheres to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Site Management: Coordinate site activities and schedules, resolving any on-site issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
• Material Management: Manage the use of construction materials, ensuring that materials are available when needed and stored safely.

Educational Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.

• Experience with large-scale construction projects, such as residential buildings, roads, or bridges.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
